Who hates car shopping? Normally I do. However, upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman named Jonathon. He was respectful, charismatic, and an active listener. Our daughter had already done extensive research and knew exactly which car she wanted. He asked, she told him and next thing you know she was signing paperwork. This was the easiest process we have ever experienced in 50 yrs. Everyone there was friendly and not pushy… So much so that we will be coming to buy a car here for ourselves.

The bad was, while I was paying cash, they ran a credit report which seems to have caused my credit score to drop; they wanted to hold things back because I wanted to pay by personal check (they could have called the bank to verify funds, but wouldn't) so I ended up going to my bank and getting a certified check to move things along.
